Albert James Colla In San Jose, Calif., August 30, 2005. Beloved husband of Bobbie Colla. Loving father of John, Robert (Marlene) and Tom Colla. Adoring grandfather of Bobby (Jacque) and Kristi Colla and great-grandfather of Gianna Colla and Tyler Brown. Dear brother of Lou (Lee), George (Marty) and Richard Colla and the late John, Tony, Fred, Joe and Chester Colla. Brother-in-law of Leona Colla. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. Al was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Catherine Colla. A native of Texas, aged 87 years. Al was an accomplished musician who played with many big bands in the 1940's. He was an avid golfer and member of Hillview Golf Course Men's Club. A life member of San Jose Elk's Lodge #522.
