Alma Fuchs Winkle

Alma Fuchs Winkle Born in San Jose May 10, 1923 and died in San Jose, May 7, 2008. She attended St. Leo's Grammer School, Notre Dame High School and Dominican College in San Rafael for two years. Alma joined the WAVES during WWII and served her country for 2-1/2 years. She married H. Richard (Dick) Winkle on April 19, 1947. Survived by her children, Maria Sanguinetti (Craig), Timothy Winkle (Maxine), Christopher Winkle (Shannon) and Dana Morgan (Gary). She also leaves 3 grandchildren Michael, Matthew and Danny. A memorial Mass will be held Monday, May 12, 2008 at 11:00am at St. John Vianney 4600 Hyland Ave., San Jose. Donations to Hospice of the Valley, 4850 Union Ave., San Jose, CA 95124.
