Antonio CastilloJan 29, 1929 - Oct 23, 2021San JoseAntonio was born in Los Ranchos de Santiago, Chihuahua, Mexico and immigrated to the United States through the Bracero Program in 1953 eventually settling in San Jose. He passed away at home surround by family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Velia; his children, Carmen (Joel Gonzales), Antonio II (Kathy), and David (Kelli); his grandchildren, Daniel, Marina (Ryan Miceli), Antonio III (Lindsay), Ana, David, DJ, Jake, Anthony and Austin; and, his great grandchildren, Valentina, Antonio IV, Mia, and Catalina. He was preceded in death by his children, Mary Lou and Ramon.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Nov 3rd at 4:00pm followed by a Rosary at 6:00pm at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S 2nd St, San Jose. Seating is limited. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, Nov 4th at 11:00am at St. Leo the Great Church, 88 Race St, San Jose followed by interment services at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St, Santa Clara.In lieu of flowers please kindly consider a donation in his name to St. Leo the Great Church.
