Candida Esquibel

Candida was born on October 3, 1927 in Calexico, CA. Throughout her life, she was blessed with the joy of motherhood, raising a beautiful family of 10 children - 5 boys and 5 girls.

Her love and devotion knew no bounds as Candida is survived by 7 of her beloved children. The legacy she leaves behind is not only in the lives she touched but also in generations that followed. She was a proud grandmother to 23 grandchildren, a guiding light to 46 great grandchildren, and an inspiration to 8 great-great grandchildren.

Beyond her role as a dedicated mother and grandmother, Candida found solace and happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She possessed a true talent for sewing, creating intricate pieces that were both practical and beautiful. Gardening allowed her to connect with nature and nurtured her passion for all things green. Her adventurous spirit led her to embrace camping and outdoor activities, where she found serenity among the wonders of our world.

One thing that brought immense joy to Candida's heart was music - it resonated with her soul. Whether it be soft melodies or captivating rhythms, she found comfort and inspiration in all genres. Her warm presence would fill any room whenever music played.
