Christine Guardado

GUARDADO, Christine -- age 50 of San Jose, passed away May 28, 2003 with husband Ed Guardado, Sr., of 32 years by her side. Loving mother of Eddie Guardado, Jr. Cherished mother-in-law of Cynthia Guardado. Adoring grandmother of Eddie III and Elaina. Devoted daughter of Joe and the late Barbara Delgado. Dear sister of Kathy, Joanna, and the late Fernando Delgado. Devoted guardian of Michael and Adrianna. Caring aunt of many nieces and nephews. Christine worked at Hester Elementary School for 14 years. She was known by the students and staff as Mrs. G. Her work at Hester was just as important as her family. She loved the students and believed in them with all her heart. Her dedication to the students and Hester Elementary made a difference every day. Friends, family, and many other hearts she touched will sadly miss Christine's devotion, compassion, and kindheartedness. Vigil service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, 900 S. 2nd Street, San Jose. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2003 at St. Leo's The Great Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
