Cora Chavez Najera

NAJERA, Cora Chavez -- Entered into rest on March 12, 2003. Born in Stockton to Edward and Carmen Chavez April 22, 1935. A resident of San Jose for 45 years. She was a devoted and caring wife to her husband of 49 years, Michael Joseph. Devoted mother to Edward and Michael. Loved by her daughter-in-laws Sheri and Isabel. Loving grandmother to Christina, Edward, Jr., Michael, Matthew, Monica, Angelelica, Daniel, Michelle and a devoted great grandma to Celina, Angelina and Alex. She is also survived by two sisters and five brothers all of Stockton, also by many brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws who loved her dearly as well. She had many nieces and nephews whom she touched with much love. She will be missed dearly by all whom she touched with her love and compassion for life. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. at CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, 900 S. Second St., San Jose. Burial will be on Tuesday at the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, Stockton, CA.
