She leaves behind; Brothers: Greg, Louie, Sam, & Jesus Chacon Sisters: Connie Mesa & Nora Carrillo Sons: Ralph, Mike, Russell, Jaime, Paul, Johnny & their spouses Daughters: Isabel, Jennie, Lupe, Serina, & their spouses along with 28 grandkids, 33 great grandkids & 9 great great grandkids. May she rest in peace with her mother and father, her daughter Mary and grandson Ventura III.Services and viewing Wed. 1/11/12 6:30pm-9:00pm at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. 2nd St., San Jose, CA 95112 Funeral Thur. 1/12/12 11am at Chapel of Flowers. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
