Doris Kamp

KAMP (PERCY), DORIS MAE Age 82, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at her nursing home in San Jose CA. Born May 7, 1931 to Ruth and Dewain Percy, the oldest of three children. The former Palo Alto resident was a native of Kalamazoo, MI where she was an elementary school teacher before beginning a family. She was a lover of classical and opera, as well as being an avid gardener. She is survived by her brother Brian Percy of Grand Rapids, MI; her children Ardeth Ellis, Pam (Kamp) Guerrero, Ted Kamp. She has three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013, 1PM: Chapel of Flowers, 900 South 2nd St., San Jose, CA 95112.
