Dorothy Dore-DowlenJuly 25, 1925 - July 20, 2017San Jose, CADorothy is survived by Daughters: Jean Louise Woodall of San Jose, CA and Sarah Luna of Tucson, AZ,; Grandsons: Mark Woodall of Howell, MI, Brien Woodall of Flint, MI, Kelly Woodall, Sr. of Gilroy, CA, Michael Brito of Santa Clara, CA, Jason McCurry of Morgan Hill, CA, Scott McCurry of Milpitas, CA. Granddaughters: Michelle Cole of Santa Clara, CA, Jaimie Olson of Redding, CA, Alexandra Crowder of Oregon and Vanessa Baird of Tucson, AZ. Additionally, twenty Great Grandchildren, three Great Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews in the Philippines and United States.Dorothy was born in the Philippines but a San Jose resident of over seventy years. She had been involved with the Human Relations Commission in San Jose, a member of the Silliman Alumni Community of North America, owned a Residential Home for Aged in San Jose and active in church activities with San Jose Church of Christ and Jubilee Churches. Dorothy will be buried along side her husband, James Edward at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
