Esther D. Sabala

Esther D. Sabala Born 2/6/29, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Reno, NV, on 9/29/08. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin Sabala Sr. Loving mother of Linda (Rick), Cachi, Nono (Gloria), Carol (Joe), Sally, the late "Jimmy Jam", and Gina (Jesse). Grandmother to the late "Weazer", Rachel, Tina (Marcus), Joey, Funky, Lolo (Yolanda), and Missy. She helped raise Davina, Adam, Adrian, and Alyssa. Great grandmother of 17 and great-great grandmother of 3. Yvette, Athena, and Brandy knew and loved her as their own grandma. She was a nurturing, patient Christian woman, always putting others first. It was the love of her family that was most important in her life. Visitation and Memorial service scheduled for Sunday, October 5 from 6pm to 9pm, at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. 2nd Street, San Jose 95112. Funeral scheduled for 10am Monday, October 6, at Chapel of Flowers. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
