WAY, Gerda Mayer-- Age 72, died 22 September 2002 at Santa Teresa Hospital after a long and painful illness. Survived by her husband of 38 years Bernard J. Way and two daughters; Gabriele M. Rulison and Charleen B. Mamon, their husbands Jerry Rulison and Baltazar Mammon all of Los Banos, CA. Also surviving are two grandsons; Erik M. Rulison and Jeremy M. Mamon.Gerda was born in Augsburg, Germany on 20 July 1930 and was a professional cosmetologist until her marriage in 1964. A loving and caring wife, deeply devoted to her husband, daughters and grandsons. Her home and family were the pride and joy of her life. She thoroughly enjoyed recreational travel camping and taking care of her family and home.Services to be held at the San Joaquin National Cemetery, Gustine, at 1 p.m. on 30 September 2002.
