Hugo Armando Gutierrez, Jr.Resident of San Jose 6/4/1992 - 1/21/2011Hugo Armando Gutierrez Jr., 18 years of age, son of Hugo Gutierrez Sr. and Victoria Scarnici, brother to Daniel Anthony Gutierrez and Isabella Gutierrez was born in Midland, Texas on June 4th 1992. He resided in San Jose, California for the majority of his time with his family, his aunts, uncles, cousins and especially his grandmother, Columba Luna Gutierrez, who loved him as a son; as their child. He also left behind an extended family, who while not privileged to be near Jr., loved him no less. He loved to spend time with his friends and family, he was a loving and caring child. He had an infectious perpetual smile and brought real happiness to those who loved and knew him. Although he faced many obstacles in his life, he never gave up. He drew his strength from the love of his family, and we did the same. He has completed his G.E.D credits and often commented to his friends and family how he would continue his education in college and that he would do great things. His family was very proud of Jr., he is the very product of everything good in our lives.Viewing will be available Thursday, January 27th, 2011 from 7pm to 9pm at the Chapel of Flowers and will be open to friends and family. Mass services will be held at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church Friday January 28th, 2011 at 10am and will be open to friends and family.
