Ira Lee Price, Jr. Obituary Sunrise 06/26/1951 - Sunset 06/10/2024
Ira Lee Price, Jr., a proud veteran of the United States Army, was born on June 26, 1951, in Waxahachie, Texas to parents Ira Lee and Bobbie Earl Price. He is survived by his mother Bobbie Earl Johnson, his wife Patricia Price, sisters Bobbie Marie Johnson, Ruby McCrae, brother Reginal Dwyane Price, and wife Isabel Price, and Aunt June McGown.
He is preceded in death by his father Ira Price, Sr., sons Larry McKenzie, Jr., by marriage and Jonathan Lamar Price. He leaves behind sons Ira Lee Price, III and David Lee Price. Additionally, he leaves children through marriage Antwan, Swakiya, and Larry McKenzie III.
In mourning his passing are his nephews Gabriel Price, Reginal D. Price Jr., Matthew Price, Nicholas Johnson, niece Nadia Bison, and great niece Quiana Spells. He also leaves behind 29 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins will also feel the loss deeply.
Known for his morning calls to pray with his boys before school and his dedication to bringing his family closer to Christ, Ira will be remembered with love and admiration. His absence will be deeply felt but his memory will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Committal Service begins precisely at 11:00 AM. Military requires all participants to be lined up and ready to go no later than 10:45 AM. Army Military Honors will be rendered for SGT Price.
