Jack Melville Grubbs Passed away May 12, 2009, aged 71 years. Beloved husband of Carolyn Grubbs. Son of the late John and Ethelda Grubbs. Father of Timothy, Desiree, (Alden), Tanya, and Elliot. Brother to Judie, (Ronald) Carder and Richard (Kathy) Grubbs. Grandfather of three and Great Grandfather of one. A native of Wellington, KS. He was the former owner of Year Round Tax Service in Santa Cruz County. Services will be held at Chapel of Flowers, 900 South 2nd St, San Jose, on Saturday, May 16th, at 11am.
