Jacqueline Michelle Hernandez, 47, departed this world peacefully in San Jose, California on Tuesday November 14, 2023.

Born on October 30, 1976 in San Jose, California to Elizabeth and Jose Nañez, Jackie experienced a childhood filled with love alongside her older brother Jacob and younger sister Tracy. They were a close-knit family, cherishing the affectionate presence of their grandmother Alejandra Hernandez, who preceded Jackie in death.

Jackie's journey led her to pursue a degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Western Career College in San Jose, CA. However, she found her true calling later in life when she embarked on a different career path as an Administrative Assistant at local roofing companies in the Bay Area.

Daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many, Jackie's memory will forever be upheld for the sheer beauty she radiated from within. Her generous nature knew no bounds while her laughter echoed through so many hearts. With a humorous personality and an indomitable spirit burning like fire within her being, she embraced each day with unwavering determination. Whenever someone needed assistance or sought wisdom to navigate life's challenges, Jackie was always there to extend a helping hand. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with this remarkable soul. Lovingly preserved within the hearts of those she left behind, Jackie shall remain alive in their cherished memories.

Jackie is survived by her devoted boyfriend Angel Estrada and their four children: Angelique Cardoza (27), Adrian Hernandez (26), Alejandra Cardoza (25), and Samantha Estrada (22).

A Viewing/Rosario will be held at Chapel of Flowers in San Jose, CA on Thursday Nov 30^th, 2023 at 4:30PM. A Mass to honor Jackie's life will take place at St. Maria Goretti in San Jose, CA on Friday Dec 1^st, 2023 at 1:00PM. In accordance with Jackie's wishes, she will be cremated, and her cremains will find their place of rest in the home of her mother.
