Preceded in death by his loving wife, Elena Canales-Fernandez, he was the dear father of 8 children, Mary, Carmen, Gloria, Manuel, David, Hector, Ester and Estella. Grandfather to 24 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Viewing from 5-9 pm on Tuesday, 4/10 with Rosary at 7 pm at Chapel of Flowers. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 4/11 at 10:30 am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5284 Monterey Rd., San Jose. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose.
