His loving and mighty heart lives on in his sons Nicholas Pete-Law, Quinton Pete, and Joshua Pete. He is also survived by his siblings Cherie Pete, Patricia Bushnell, Rory Pete Sr., and Charles Pete Sr. He will be greatly missed for his joyous heart, love of family, selflessness, and infectious smile. Services will be held Friday, June 13 at The Chapel of Flowers 900 S. 2nd St., San Jose, CA 95112 at 6:30pm.
