Jonas Milaszius

UntitledJonas MilasziusJonas passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 15th, 2007 after valiantly battling cancer. He was 62. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Irena, his daughters Joanna (& Matthew) Milaszius-Dallimore, Angela (& David) Bisbee and Jane (& TC) Milaszius. He was the loving brother of Birute in Palanga, Lithuania. He leaves behind many loved ones in the United States, Lithuania, Poland and Australia. He was born December 26th, 1944, in Palanga, Lithuania. He graduated from St. Petersburg University and immigrated to the United States in 1976. He worked most of his life as an engineer in the disk drive industry. He was a devoted father and loving husband.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. 2nd St. in San Jose. His final resting place will be in his beloved Lithuania. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jonas' name to the Hospice of the Valley, 4850 Union Ave. San Jose, CA 95124.
