Josephine Hayne

HAYNE, Josephine -- In San Jose, CA where she lived for 76 years. She was married to Anthony Santo Turturici until his death in 1963. Retired from San Jose Unified School District in 1992. She enjoyed attending musicals and traveling with her late husband, John Hayne. She was the loving mother of Rita (Bruce) Wells, Anne (Mark) Stivers & Carmela (Gary) Russell, dear grandmother of Heather, Carlie, Anthony & Michael. Dear sister of Leah Balistreri and the late Vincent Balistreri and sister-in-law of Margaret Balistreri, aunt of many nieces and nephews. Loving step-mother of Tam (her children, Shannon & Brandon), Bill & Jim. Visitation will be held 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2003 at CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, 900 S. 2nd Street, San Jose. Vigil 7:00 p.m. at the above chapel. Mass December 19, 2003 at St. Martin of Tours, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
