D'ARCY, Lowell A.-- entered into rest August 4, 2002 in San Jose, CA. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy D'Arcy. Devoted father of Stephen D'Arcy and Vickie of Folsom, CA, Michael D'Arcy and Cathe, Mary Swanson and Ron of San Jose, CA, Carolyn Lenz and Rick of Modesto, CA, Denise Ocana and Ernesto of Danville, CA. Adoring grandfather of 14, and great-grandfather of 3. A native of Oakland, CA.A long time member of the Italian - American Men's Club, the Elk's Lodge No. 522 and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. Mr. D'Arcy was active in numerous civic and volunteer activities incuding the WWII Memorial, the U.S.O. and San Jose's Christmas in the Park, Old Timer's Softball and the San Jose Giants.Friends are invited to attend a Visitation, Wednesday from 1:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m. at the CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, 900 S. Second St., San Jose. Vigil - Rosary Services will be held Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at the above chapel. A Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 9:00 a.m. at St. John Vianny Church, San Jose, with Committal Services immediately following at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, Santa Clara.
