Margie Leah Couch

COUCH, Margie Leah -- Passed away in her home after a long illness on December 23, 2003 at the age of 83. A homemaker, seamstress and quilter, she was the beloved wife of the late Albert "Tex" Couch and a resident of Santa Clara County for over 50 years. She volunteered for many years at the County Fair and served as a 4-H Leader for the Homesteader 4-H Club as well as a trainer for several dog training clubs within the county. She is survived by her son Tom Couch and his wife Ann; her daughters Katie Squire and Carol Overstreet and their husbands Johnny and Bill; grandchildren Sara Couch and Jason Couch and his wife Holly, Leroy Squire, Kirk Squire, Martin Lopez, John B. Squire and his wife Kim and their children Chase and Sierra. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, Jacob and Nathan Couch. A graveside service will be held on December 29, 2003 at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose, CA at 2:00 p.m. Friends are welcome to attend.
