Maria De los angeles Sevillano

Maria De Los Angeles Sevillano'Mama' Maria Sevillano, our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully in her home in San Jose, CA on Tuesday, August 23, 2005. Born on February 10, 1941 in Guanajuato, Mexico, she was the youngest of seven children. After her marriage to Miguel Sevillano in 1967, she left her own family in Mexico, to start a new journey in the United States, with her husband. In 1979, her husband passed away, yet she stayed in the U.S. speaking little English, and with no nearby family to assist her, she raised her children on her own to become strong, successful, and loving people. She is survived by her seven children, fourteen grandchildren, family, and friends. Maria instilled in her family's hearts to stay united, strong, and always giving to others. Mama, you will always be missed, remembered, and loved by all. There will be a prayer service this Sunday 8/28/2005 at 6:00 p.m. at CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, 900 South Second St, San Jose. Funeral service Monday 10:00 a.m. at the above chapel. Burial at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Fremont.
