Marie Delma CortezResident of San Jose Born August 14, 1956, age 54, entered into eternal life on October 30, 2010. Proceeded in death by her son, Joseph Lyn Smith. She is survived by her adoring son's, Larry Rios, and Eric Valtierra. Beloved parents, Alonzo & Dora Cortez. Loving brothers & sisters, Israel Cortez, Elim Cortez, Belinda Camarena & Nancy Ceja. Marie was an honorable care giver for 8 years. With a big smile and unconditional love Marie always thought of everyone else first. Her courage and gentleness will never be forgotten. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010 at the Chapel of Flowers, 900 South 2nd St. San Jose, CA. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at the above location at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Mission City Memorial Park, Santa Clara.
