She leaves her 15 beloved grandchildren Sean, Jessica, Chito, Chata, Tommy, Crystal, Luis, Jackie, Mercedes, Lexy, Rickie, Jacob, Brianna, Gia, and Baby J. Sister of Elena, Manuela, Ubaldo, Benny and her 2 late brothers Manuel and Gilbert. Daughter of the late Adalberto and Josefa Chavez.Visitation Thursday from 2 p.m.-9 p.m. at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. Second St. Vigil at above chapel Sept. 7 at 7:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to the funeral mass on Fri. Sept. 8 at St. Victor's Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Held under the direction of Chapel of Flowers, San Jose.
