Michelle Urmeneta

Michelle was born and raised in San Jose, California.

From a young age she loved life and lived it to the fullest.  

She was the first member of her family to Earn a University degree.

She proudly graduated from San Francisco State University.

Michelle was truly passionate about teaching and tutoring young people

especially the less fortunate.

When she wasn't curled up, drinking iced tea and absorbed in a great book, you could find her on the dance floor joyfully kicking up the dust with friends and loved ones.

Michelle loved to Travel, go to the movies and enjoyed watching the San Francisco Giants.

She valiantly fought against cancer several times. Tragically after being diagnosed with this last bout of cancer she succumbed and passed away on Friday, September 15th, 2023. She was at home surrounded by her husband and family when she took her last breath.

Michelle was the life of the party and a very loving and caring soul. She will be terribly missed by all those she touched and by those who loved her so much.

She is survived by her loving husband Frank, by her dear mother Lisa, her brothers Derek and Jarred and her niece Avery.

Her Memorial Service will be held at Chapel of Flowers Funeral Home

on Saturday, October 7 from 9-11 AM
