Olga Alanis

Olga AlanisApr 7, 1968 - Dec 11, 2016San JoseOlga Alanis, born April 7, 1968 in San Jose, CA to Theodore and Maura Alanis was taken into the loving arms of her Father in Heaven on December 11, 2016 after a sudden illness. Olga is survived by her loving Mother and three children, Vanessa Mendoza, Robert Charles Mendoza and Isaac Noah Alanis as well as her two grandchildren Melody and Luna. She is also survived by her siblings, Maura, Rosie, Silvester, Lana and Enrique along with many nieces and nephews who all called her "Nina" because she was Godmother to all and always had a helping hand for anyone in need.We will always miss her infectious laugh, quick, sarcastic wit and wonderful sense of humor. Olga will always be known for her kindness and generosity to her family and friends. She was loyal and trustworthy and dedicated to her work. Olga spent 21 years of her life working for Graebel #935 but spent her last year at Cisco Systems in a job that she loved very much and a place where she was loved and regarded as well. We find comfort in the promise of God:Matthew 25:21'Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.'Rosary – Wednesday, December 21 at 7 p.m. Chapel of the Flowers, 900 S. 2nd St, San JoseService – Thursday, December 22 at 10:30 a.m Sacred Heart Church, 325 Willow St, San JoseBurial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose View the online memorial for Olga Alanis
