Oscar Manuel JimenezAug. 4, 1929 - Apr. 4, 2014Resident of Santa ClaraBeloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, father in-law, brother, Oscar Manuel Jimenez, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2014 with his daughters and granddaughter Rosalinda Yco at his side. Oscar touched many lives with his sense of humor like none other, his contagious smile and sweet, sweet spirit. Oscar was 84 years old, he was born in Guerrero Coahuila, Mexico on August 4th, 1929. He later moved to the U.S. in 1950 where he met & married the love of his life Juanita Garduno in 1952, they were married 47 years until her death in 1999. Oscar was known to his grandchildren as "Lito", Oscar enjoyed bowling, golfing, music and was most famous for his awesome dance moves, Oscar "loved" to dance. Oscar is survived by his loving and devoted daughters, Maria Del Carmen Gallardo of Roseville, Rose Frutos of Fresno, Dora Garcia of San Jose, Irene Ramirez of San Jose, Maria Guadalupe Alcorn of Modesto, including 5 son in-laws, 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Our Daddy & Lito, Oscar Jimenez will live on in our hearts forever and will be dearly missed. A viewing will be held on Friday, April 18, 2014 from 3-9 pm with a service to be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 10:30 am at Chapel of Flowers in San Jose, CA.
