Patricia Susan Almeida 'Patti' Oct. 1, 1953 - Jan. 7, 2005 Beloved mother of Heather, Carissa, Brian. Also survived by and extended family and many friends. Born in New York she moved to Santa Clara, California when she was four years old. She was preceded in death by her son Tony, mother Helen and father Mike. Patti was a very religious Catholic and attended church regularly. She had a passion for poetry and songwriting. Patti was selfless, generous and caring. She touched the lives of everyone she knew. Her smile was contagious. Her smile and loving nature will live forever within every heart she touched. Vigil Services will be Monday, January 17, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, 900 South Second Street, San Jose. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin of Tours. Burial at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
