UntitledPatrick O'HaganPassed away unexpectedly on 5/30/06 in Santa Clara, CA at the young age of 43.Longtime companion of Lee Kuerbis, devoted father to Nicole & Donny Koch and Heather O'Hagan. Youngest son to Charles & Mary Lou O'Hagan of Humboldt, AZ. Little brother to John, Lynn & Shannon. Cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews as well as great friends as far back as grade school.Pat has a large extended family we call our Baseball Family. He's not only 'Donny's Dad' at the field, he's been a coach, a fan and a friend to many in BV Pony, SV Bulldog, All-American, and Triple Crown Baseball Families and his presence will be greatly missed in our community. Pat enjoyed being on the field with all the young men and any chance he got, the big guys in SF where he was in attendance for Barry's 715th. Pat will be missed by many but never forgotten. He will be our 'Angel in the Outfield' forever.A Celebration of Pat's life will be held this Saturday, June 3rd at 1:00 p.m. Please join us at The Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. 2nd St., San Jose, CA 95112.A trust fund has been set up for family and friends who wish to help in Pat's honor. Pat's final resting destination will be with his family in AZ, so contributions rather than flowers are appreciated and preferred.
