Ray is survived by his sons, Anthony and Austin; his parents, Antonio and Velia; brothers, Tony (Kathy), David (Kelli); Sister, Carmen (Joel Gonzalez); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marylou. Visitation will be held FRI from 5:00-9:00P.M. at Chapel of Flowers, Funeral services SAT at 9:30 A.M. at St. Leo the Great Church, 88 Race St. San Jose. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donation are welcome to the Anthony and Austin Castillo Scholarship Fund at St. Leo the Great School, 1051 W.
