MICHAUD, Ray -- age 65, died on March 2, 2003, after a six year battle with miltiple strokes. He was a native of Nashua, NH, born February 26, 1938. Ray moved to the bay area in 1971. He was a jazz musician (drummer) and music teacher. His parents were also musicians. His father served as Concertmaster of the Nashua Symphony Orchestra, the state's oldest professional orchestra. For his family and friends, the love and sound of his music will forever carry on in our hearts.......We love and miss you Ray, Dad and Grandfather. Cherished by his family, wife Sandra Michaud and son Marc Michaud, both of Morgan Hill, daughter Kindra Michaud, son-in-law Robert Henning and granddaughter Cynthia Michaud of San Jose. Also sister-in-law Patricia Wyman of Morgan Hill. Ray is also survived by two sisters, Collette Donahue and Pauline Michaud both of MA, three nephews, John, Michael and Paul, two nieces, Mary Ellen and Susan. A very warm and special thank you to Dr. Stasha Gominak and Dr. Kurt Vandevort, for the wonderful support and care they have shown Ray and his family over the past six years. Thank you! Cremation and private services were held last week at the CHAPEL OF FLOWERS in San Jose.
