Samuel Martinez

Samuel "Sam" Martinez Jr. Passed away in San Jose, May 26, 2005 at the age of 35 yrs. He is survived by his children: Kareena, Samuel III, Gilbert. One brother, Michael and three sisters: Samantha, Anita and Lisa. He also is survived by his parents Samuel and Rosa Martinez Sr. and his brother-in-law Moses, not forgetting he is the uncle of seven and the great uncle of two. Visitation will begin Thurs., June 2, at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. 2nd St. San Jose from 3:00 - 9:00 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will begin on Fri. June 3, at 11:00 a.m. also at Chapel of Flowers. Burial at Calvary following.
