Steve G. Kakos

KAKOS, Steve G. -- 90, died on November 1, 2003. He was born to George & Sermalania Kakos of Greece, In Providence, OH. He joined the Navy to serve in WWII. Then moved to San Jose in 1945, where he married & received his engineering degree at San Jose State. He worked for Cal Tans until retirement. He is survived by his daughter, Carmelita Coleman and Harold Coleman, his granddaughters, Cindee Chaves and Julia Hartman and their husbands, 1 grandson Mario Jr., and 5 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend Trisagion Service November 6, at 7:00 p.m. at CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, in San Jose and funeral services November 7, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in San Jose. Donations in memory of Steve Kakos may be made to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
