Susan Beeck

Susan Beeck (Powell) Oct 19, 1946 - Sept 16, 2014resident of Campbell, CaPassed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 16. She was born & raised in Akron, Iowa. She married Douglas Beeck Nov 7, 1946. She moved to the Bay Area when her husband was drafted and stationed here prior to Vietnam. They settled in San Jose, where they lived and raised their 2 children. Susan worked for San Jose Unified School District and Cal School Employees Association. She and Douglas retired to Nevada City, with Susan returning to Campbell after his passing. Susan is survived by her 2 children: Nathan & Nicole; son-in-law TJ, 2 brothers: Dennis & Wendell; father Donald, & 2 grandchildren Ryan and Bodie. She will be welcomed home by her husband Douglas, mother Martha and grandparents Howard and Ivy. Services will be held Wed Sept 24 @ 11am @ Trinity Church @ 3151 Union Ave, SJ.She will be laid to rest Thursday September 25 at the Dixon Veteran's Cemetery with her husband Doug.
