Virginia T. Lipari (Fernandez) Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Aug. 27, 2007 in Santa Clara, CA at the age of 81. Born on Feb. 14, 1926 in Panama. Beloved wife of Ernest. Devoted mother of Christine (Wayne) Gramlich, Victor, Ernest (Gloria), Rosanne (William) Hale, Mark (Loan), Robert (Gwen), and Steven (Lieu). Loving grandmother of James, Sarah E., Eric, Jennifer, John, Sarah A., Kevin and Monica. Loving sister of Julio, Victor, Margarita, Helena, and Michael, and the late Magdalena, Gabriel, Claude, and Joseph. Loving aunt to many nephews and nieces. A graduate of Notre Dame High School in San Jose, CA. She was a very loving woman and will be dearly missed. Visitation on Friday, Aug. 31 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of Flowers, 900 S. 2nd Street, San Jose. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, Sept. 1 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Church, 4600 Hyland Ave., San Jose. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, San Jose. Donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Virginia's name.
