Born August 9, 1932, in San Jose, California. Walter lived all his life in San Jose graduating from Bellarmine High School and San Jose State. He served in the army as 1st Lieutenant. Walter is survived by his beloved wife Janan Holmes-Seebach, four children; Joseph Seebach, Mary Sleeper, Carol Fountaine and Dianna Ruiz and 10 grandchildren.Family and friends are invited to attend visitation after 5:00 pm and to the Rosary Service at 6:00, on Sunday, October 26th at Chapel of Flowers Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Monday October 27th, at St. Frances Cabrini 15333 Woodard Road, San Jose. Burial will follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to unbound.org supporting people living in poverty.
