William (Bill) EvansResident of San Jose Nov. 27, 1933-Apr. 10, 2012Bill Evans peacefully passed away at the Palo Alto VA Hospital on April 10th. Though unexpected by his family, Bill seemed to anticipate it and was at peace.Born in Monticello, MS, he was a resident of San Jose for 53 years. Married to his loving wife Margaree for 59 years, he was a loving father to Annette, Elnora (Jerome), Evon, Janice, Marvin (Sunil) and Deloris (Robert). Doting grandfather to 15 and great grandfather to 5. Self proclaimed domino champ and pro bowler, he was everyone's friend.A service will be held Sat. April 14th 2012 at 3pm at Chapel of Flowers, 900 South 2nd St., San Jose, CA. A private interment will be held on Tuesday, April 17th at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella, CA.
