Yvonne Esther Landa

Mrs. Yvonne Esther (Cervantez) Landa, of Milpitas, California, Santa Clara, born on January 17, 1954 in San Jose, California, Santa Clara, to the late Delia Cervantez and the late Enrique Cervantez, passed away at age 64 on September 6, 2018 in San Jose. Yvonne graduated from Samuel Ayer High School in 1973. She was in the Landscaping industry at Landa's Gardening & Maintenance. Yvonne was Self-Employed @ Landa's Gardening & Maintenance until retiring in 2014. Yvonne was the loving wife of Jesus Landa. She was preceded in death by her brother, David Cervantez; and sister, Sylvia Ramirez-Cervantez. Yvonne is survived by her son, Armando Landa; brother, Ricky Cervantez; sisters, Maria Cervantez and Laura Cervantez; grandchildren, Ivan Landa, Esteban Landa, Maykala Landa, and Antoine Landa; and friend's , Yvonne loved all of her Family & Friends Unconditionally. Yvonne's hobbies included shopaholic, loved to care for the family, loved going to the movies, and getting her nails done. Friends and family members may attend the celebration of life, Viewing and rosary(begins at 7pm) service on Tuesday, September 18 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Chapel of Flowers, 900 South 2nd Street, San Jose, (408) 294-9663. A burial will take place on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Calvary Catholic Cemetery 2650 Madden Ave, San Jose, CA 95116.
